Greenville MERP is Moving!

Greenville MERP is moving to UPMC Horizon Greenville Hospital! 

Here’s what you need to know…

• November 7th Greenville MERP will be closed in order to move. (Farrell location will be open as normal)
• The new site will be located on the 2nd Floor of the Greenville Hospital
• The address at the hospital is 110 North Main Street, Greenville, PA 16125
• November 9th is the Grand Opening of the new site!
• To access MERP in their new home, go in the main hospital entrance and take the elevator in the back of the lobby (Elevator C) to the 2nd floor
